Location of Flip – Point Defiance

Project Overview:

We went a little outside of our comfort zone on the exterior of this project. Instead of going light, we went dark with copper & wood accents. We also, replaced & reworked all of the exterior decking. On the inside, we opened everything up, adding a few bold accent walls with wood details & an iron railing surrounding the stair way to the basement, keeping it open while also giving it an industrial touch. The kitchen got a major upgrade with all new cabinets, quartz countertops & a gorgeous tile backsplash with gold details. The bathrooms got all new tile flooring, as well as tile shower surrounds & new modern vanities & lighting.  We brightened up the entire home with all new flooring, paint & fun light fixtures.
