Project Overview:

This project started with a complete gut all the way down to the studs, we had to do all new electrical, all new plumbing, new insulation & drywall. The kitchen was a complete remodel, we added a master suite, two new bathrooms, refinished the original hardwood floors, added a rooftop deck over the garage for additional water views, all new trim package and doors throughout, all new landscaping, and a rebuilt mudroom on the back side of the house.

This home PRE SOLD due to several buyer inquiries during construction & was never formally listed.
