Location of Flip – North Tacoma

Project Overview:

We called this house the smokers house. It was beyond dated, there was actually nicotine running down the walls. We adjusted the main floor plan by bringing down a closet wall that divided the kitchen and living room, by doing that we were able to open up the main living space. We added an all new trim package, fresh coat of paint, along with a brand new full kitchen and bathroom remodel, and new flooring throughout. Finishing it off with some major landscaping to really brighten up the property.
