Location of Flip – Lakewood

Project Overview:

We brightened up this mid century modern split-level flip with an all over fresh coat of paint and updated can lighting brand new flooring throughout. The major design transformation for this flip was the kitchen. We expanded the kitchen from an 8×8 ft. space to an 8×20 ft. space and gave it a more modern design, making it a highly functional place for accommodating larger gatherings. We were able to expand the kitchen by moving the previous laundry room to a space downstairs where we were able to create a completely custom design. Then we gave both of the bathrooms a make over by incorporating unique custom design elements like herringbone tile and custom built sink vanities. All of which was followed by cleaning up the exterior of the home with a fresh paint color and landscaping for added curb appeal.
