Location of Flip – Central Tacoma: Hilltop

Project Overview:

For this flip we needed to create a functional kitchen layout that made the main living area more spacious, in doing so we modernized the interior space with shiplap accent walls, designed a custom laundry room with added storage, updated the bathrooms with a modern farmhouse design, and kept the design very simple to enhance each small space. Lastly, we did a complete overhaul of the yard by getting rid of accumulated trash and blackberry bushes which opened up the lot tremendously.
