Location of Flip – North Tacoma: Proctor District

Project Overview:

This house was a complete gut. We reworked the entire layout of the home. First we created a functional open concept floor plan for the main floor and in doing so we had to relocate the main staircase. We also added exposed support beams on the main floor for some added character, giving it a custom rustic/craftsman design inside. We then were able to design for a 750 sq. ft. master suite upstairs, rework the landscape, and freshen up the outside of the house with a new coat of paint and some added curb appeal.
