Project Overview:

This house was a dated rambler with a lot of useless space and dysfunctional rooms. We reworked the entire layout of the home by opening up a few unnecessary walls in the living room and converting an old laundry room into a 5-piece bath so we could create a very spacious master suite. We brought down a large double sided brick fireplace and replaced it with two brand new gas inserts and completely revamped and brightened up the kitchen with unique antique brass finishes, including the appliances. We replaced and refinished all of the 1-inch pine flooring throughout and put custom moroccan tile flooring in the kitchen and bathroom. We also designed custom vanities for the bathrooms using antique dining buffets. Lastly, we installed a new trim pack throughout the home while fresh paint, installed a new septic system and fencing in the back yard.
