Location of Flip – University Place

Project Overview:

This tiny home was less than 800 sq. ft. & buried in brush. We were able to clear up the entire lot & give this place some serious updating. We created some much needed custom storage space throughout the house where ever we could to maximize the square footage while also giving it some new finishes, including some trendy green lower cabinets in the kitchen with a touch of antique brass, all new paint, tile, flooring & trim throughout. On the outside we did all new siding, roof, porches, and landscaping.
