Location of Flip – North Tacoma

Project Overview:

This traditional split-level got a modern face lift. We gave the entire home a fresh coat of paint, updated the garage doors, added a pop of color on the door, gave the landscaping a little love & brought it back to this decade. On the inside we opened up the upstairs floor plan by removing a divider wall between the kitchen & living room & gave the kitchen a modern touch; added a large kitchen island, painted the cabinets, new hardware, upgraded tile backsplash, farmhouse sink & countertops. We updated all the bathrooms with gorgeous accent tile & modern finishes, transformed a few walls throughout the home by adding custom wood accents, & all new flooring throughout. Lastly, can’t forget about the awesome fireplace features to make each room feel more modern.
